The Real Talk:

Perfectionism can seriously be a real bitch some times (and I say that with a lot of love, self-ownership of my own bitchy tendencies, and a drive to reclaim “bitch” from the patriarchy).

If you’re a perfectionist, you’ve been this way for AWHILE. You probably noticed it as a kid, you definitely experienced it in school, and you’re for sure feeling it come up now. If you don’t take the reins, it’s going to keep getting in your way and holding you back and telling you that you’re a failure (even when you’re not).

Skills-based coaching for perfectionists

With over a decade of work in the mental health field, specializing in anxiety and anger management skills-building for teens and women, and with more than 30 years experience in being a stressed out lady, I know the evidence-based tools you need to manage your perfectionism. We can make it work FOR you rather than AGAINST you. I promise.

Kelsey Torgerson Dunn’s book on anxiety-driven anger for teens fills an important gap in skills-based learning

“Kelsey Torgerson Dunn’s book on anxiety-driven anger for teens fills an important gap in skills-based learning, tapping into the intersection of two impactful mind states in a uniquely nuanced way. As a clinician who encounters anger and angst regularly in sessions, this book will be immensely useful in providing a thorough and relatable framework for teens in and outside of the therapy experience!”
